Course Objectives | Obtaining the knowledge about the effects of human rights law in the law system and bringing the knowledge that will gain in human rights law as a practice discipline to an usable level is the aim of this course. |

Course Description | Concept of human rights, its historical development, human rights and its protection in international law, institutions, human rights in constitutions, rights and duties in 1982 constitution, European Convention on Human Rights, European Courts of Human Rights, individual application procedure and precedents. |
